Please be descriptive in regards to what you're looking for. It's important I understand your goals for the session so that I can create images that best tell your story.

In your message please include: 

  • if you want an in-home (lifestyle) session or outdoors.

  • any location ideas you have in mind.

  • how many family members and the ages of the children. 

  • If you are celebrating anything or just updating family portraits. 

  • how you plan to share your images with friends and family.

Should you decide to reserve a date on my calendar a retainer fee will be due WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. Once paid you will receive a welcome packet and questionnaire via Email. The questionnaire helps me understand your family and your story, as well as questions regarding your goals for your session.

Where will my session be located?

The location can be in your home, a local park, or a keepsake location that is special to your family. If you don't have a location in mind, no worries! We will discuss what you're looking for, and I will find a location that best fits your style. 

BEcause I am locaTed in BaTavia, I am afforded The opporTuniTy To serve Buffalo, RochesTer, and surrounding areas.

What to expect during your family session.

A family session with your Batavia, NY family photographer is a combination of posed and candid photography. When you arrive to your session the first goal I have is to build trust with your little one(s). Often times this is the first your little one has met me, so they are usually a little apprehensive. This is totally normal. Every kid is different and some take just a few minutes to warm up while others might take 15, 20, or even 30 minutes. Once I've gained the trust of your little ones the session can start. We will play, snuggle, give kisses, explore, tell secrets, dance etc.... 

A family session usually lasts about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the child(ren).
